Welder:
Berlon is looking for experienced welders with the following attributes;
- Must have experience welding
- Understands that an organized and clean shop is an efficient shop
- Can read directions and also be able to follow verbal directions
- Skidloader / Forklift experience
- Someone who will arrive on time
- Someone who understands that a pay check must be earned (A person who knows they have to produce their pay)
- Someone who will stay 10 mins longer at the end of the day to finish the job if needed.
