Berlon’s Extended Lip Scrap End Grapple Bucket is great for all your heavy duty demolition and clean-up needs. The BELPK-6 Bucket comes standard with a 3/4” x 6” cutting edge, MPUF-1 mounting plate and powder painted black. Berlon’s Extended Lip Scrap End Grapple Bucket is available in 60”, 66”, 72”, 78” & 84” widths to suit your application. Berlon builds buckets the way they should be built!

Main Pivot Tube (Grease Zerks)

The main pivot tube has 4 grease zerks. This pivot tube is the full length of the bucket making it very strong; unlike grapple pivot pins used by other manufacturers, which are 4 pins: 5/8” to 1” in diameter, 2” to 3” long. Also, grease pumped into tube tends to stay in better and longer.

Outer tube is 3 1/4” diam., 5/16” thick.
Inner tube is 2 1/2” diam., 7/16” thick.

Hydraulic Hoses

Berlon runs standard hydraulic hoses from one cylinder to the other. All lines will move with oil surges. By using common hoses (that you are able to buy anywhere) you will save time and money by not having to special order, wait and pay top dollar from a specific dealer/manufacturer.

Cushioning Valve

Cushioning valve is standard to prevent damaging the unit.

Side Cutting Edge

Wrap around side cutting edge
comes up 3” high, 6” wide and 3/4” thick. Scrap End is 3/8” thick.

Dimple Plate

Standard on all Berlon Extended Lip Scrap End Grapple Buckets is a heavy duty, reinforced dimple plate. With structurally formed and individually welded “dimples”, the BELPK-6 provides unparallel strength and durability.
